One of the more popular tours and takes about a half day to complete. Normally you are picked up at the hostel at 8.30 am. From the Good Dream it’s about 60km ride to the Hot Springs. The water average 35-42 degrees and are full of minerals that are claimed to have therapeutic heeling. In the water fall there are many natural carved “tubs” where to sit. The water is hot, and it’s not recommended to sit more than 15-20 minutes in the water and trust me, you will feel exhausted after 20 minutes.
From the Hot springs to Emerald pool it’s a short ride. From the parking it’s a 1km walk to the emerald pool. After Hot springs it’s nice to cool down in the emerald pool. Don’t buy any food on the way in since you are not allowed to bring it inside. Besides the Emerald pool you can also walk to see the Blue pool, the water there is amazing. You are not allowed to swim in the Blue pool but it’s still worth the walk. There is also a great swimming spot near the entrance if you like streaming water.
This is a cool restaurant about 18km’s from Good Dream and the easiest way to get here is by motorcycle. Not only do they offer plenty of laid-back spaces, but you may also take a swim in the stream passing through to cool down. A good place to spend some lazy hours.
